POR UN EDIFICIO EN LA CALLE\u00a0 MANTELAS 12 DE VIGO <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0APROIN concede tambi\u00e9n un premio \u201ca la mejora de la imagen empresarial\u201d al Grupo Viqueira<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Asociaci\u00f3n de Promotores Inmobiliarios de Pontevedra, APROIN, que preside Javier Garrido Valenzuela, ha dado a conocer hoy, 21 de febrero, mediante un breve comunicado, los dos premiados en la XXIII edici\u00f3n del Premio Aproin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A la vista de las propuestas presentadas, despu\u00e9s de las pertinentes visitas a las promociones, del an\u00e1lisis de la documentaci\u00f3n aportada y las oportunas deliberaciones, se acord\u00f3 premiar en esta edici\u00f3n con el <strong>Premio Aproin 2016 <\/strong>a la empresa promotora <strong>GRUPO INMOBILIARIO LAXAS, S.L.<\/strong> con el edificio situado en la calle Mantelas n\u00ba 12 de Vigo, habiendo intervenido como arquitecto D. Emilio Est\u00e9vez Fern\u00e1ndez.\u00a0 \u00a0Este a\u00f1o como novedad,\u00a0 y con el objetivo de poner en valor las actuaciones que mejoren la imagen del sector, la Asociaci\u00f3n, otorgar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n al <strong>GRUPO VIQUEIRA<\/strong>\u00a0 el Premio a la <strong>MEJORA DE LA IMAGEN DEL SECTOR INMOBILIARIO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pr\u00f3ximo<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> <u>9 de marzo, a las 19 horas, en el C\u00edrculo de Empresarios de Galicia<\/u>,<\/span> se celebrar\u00e1 el acto de entrega de los Premios, al que asistir\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 200 empresarios y t\u00e9cnicos del sector y numerosas autoridades auton\u00f3micas y locales, contando con la presidencia ya confirmada del Presidente de la Xunta de Galicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acto patrocinado por: <strong>ABANCA \/ GAS NATURAL \/ OTIS \/ AUREN \/ TINSA\/ CENTRO EMPRESARIAL MERIDIONAL \/ GESVALT \/ COLADAS-GUZMAN Y RIVAS\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PREMIO APROIN 2016 CONCEDIDO AL GRUPO INMOBILIARIO LAXAS S.L.
