Este valor est\u00e1 un -16% por debajo de la media espa\u00f1ola que en julio es de 1.901 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cLa evoluci\u00f3n del precio de la vivienda en venta es muy dispar seg\u00fan la zona y pone de manifiesto que el mercado se mueve a ritmos muy diferentes. Madrid y las islas Baleares y Canarias siguen a la cabeza, con subidas interanuales de doble d\u00edgito que contrastan con el comportamiento de los precios de la vivienda de segunda mano ofertada en el resto del pa\u00eds\u201d, explica Beatriz Toribio, directora de Estudios de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fotocasa.es\"><strong>Fotocasa<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto al ranking de Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas (CC.AA.) con el precio de la vivienda de segunda mano Galicia ocupa la octava posici\u00f3n. En la parte alta de la tabla se encuentran Madrid y Pa\u00eds Vasco, con los precios de 3.035 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup> y 2.801 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup> respectivamente. Galicia, alcanz\u00f3 su m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico en el precio medio de la vivienda en octubre de 2007 con un valor de 2.382 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup>. El mayor descenso lo registra Ares (A Coru\u00f1a) con -6%, seguida de Malpica de Berganti\u00f1os (4,2%) y Monforte de Lemos (3,7%) en A Coru\u00f1a y Lugo, respectivamente. Por el contrario, la subida m\u00e1s pronunciada la experimenta Soutomaior (14,6%) en Pontevedra, seguida por Barreiros (13,8%) en Lugo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cuanto a los precios, Sanxenxo es la ciudad m\u00e1s cara con 2.539 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup>, seguida de Nigr\u00e1n (2.452 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup>) y de A Coru\u00f1a (2.247 \u20ac\/m<sup>2<\/sup>).
